Blackbeards Sailing Club

The 4th Annual Menger Messabout returns to The Blackbeard Sailing Club on Upper Broad Creek of the Neuse River in eastern North Carolina. All Catboats (and traditionally rigged small craft) are welcome to participate. The event is free, but we share the expense of our group meals.
